Well all the negative comments are not true and that is their own opinions. I personally have had 3 children go thru the programs with just minor fixable issues. I also work here and have for the past 4 years. There are majority black women that work here but one thing about NLR is we all have great teamwork and work together. We consider ourselves a school instead a daycare because we teach your kids the developmental stages of life before they get to pre-k or a headstart. The camera comment is not true because we can't even look through them without headquarters seeing them first. There are accident reports that are done during the day if your child hurts themselves. There is a body check sheet done before you even let your child be released in the classroom. AR Early Learning in NLR is by far one of the best early headstart out right now. Don't be discouraged by the parents that simply complain take it from a parent and a staff member. Enroll your child!

Don’t send your kids here, the staff ghetto messy and love to lie, lord don’t send your kid in Tiffany class. The staff tell the so called Director What they’re going to do, they talk about kids and parents Just messy sad black folks. Just because they skin folks don’t mean kinfolk. For the record all the white ladys in there was always sweethearts but every black persons but maybe 2 are rude, lie and have the worst attitude. If you have any problems here just call the hot springs location, also don’t feel like your kid/kids are safe because of the cameras something happen they’re just going to cover they butt. Call the corporate office and if that don’t go no where call the Licensing child protection service they’ll give you the number. Don’t send your kid here I’m telling you from a mom that had her child here.

I absolutely love this school. My daughter has been there since she was 8 weeks old and has always had the best care taker. There were a couple of changes during her first year that I was not too fond of but we adjusted just fine. Miss Fallon is AMAZING she knows my daughter almost as much as I do and we will be sad to leave next year.

My son has been going for 3 years and I have a daughter attending now. Very helpful staff and the cleanest daycare I have ever seen. I have referred several people to Ar Early Learning in North Little Rock.
